THE IMPORTANCE AND BENEFITS OF MEDITATION

The modern world is developing very quickly, nothing stands still in it, including us. Every day we are in a hurry somewhere, we fulfil our plans, we try to have time to fulfil our plans on time, and sometimes we forget how important a proper and proper rest is. This rhythm of life often leads to #exhaustion and chronic #fatigue – you feel that your physical and mental productivity decreases, and you don’t know what to do with it.

However, there are several ways to prevent such a condition, and today I want to talk about one of them. As you may have guessed from the title, it will be about meditation, which has recently been gaining popularity. That is why I want to talk about why it is worthwhile to consider meditation on a regular basis.

MEDITATION IS A STEP TO UNDERSTANDING YOURSELF.

Ancient practitioners said that our brain possesses questions to all the answers, and it is during the process of meditation that these answers are most easily obtained. Meditating, we noticeably improve our intuition, and also, having learned to feel ourselves, we begin to feel and understand better the people around us.

IT BECOMES EASIER TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRED.

Meditation is based on focusing on something, from a real subject to a feeling, an abstract understanding or a dream. Your task is to #focus attention on something concrete, and to maintain concentration throughout the process. If you are just starting to meditate, start from 10-15 minutes a day, and gradually increase the time. Find your perfect way to meditate. For example, it is easier for someone to meditate in nature, in a completely empty room in complete silence, and someone can join in the process of meditation even being in a noisy room. Do not be discouraged if attention will dissipate. Every time you lose concentration, just start over. Practice is your key to success.

MEDITATION HELPS TO REMOVE STRESS.

When we meditate, our brain reduces the frequency of electrical impulses, which greatly affects our body. In a state of #meditation, we achieve recovery of #positiveenergy much faster, and also increase the level of stress resistance. In addition, meditation helps to feel pain less acutely, you can endure any pain much more calmly, and some chronic pain will simply leave you.

THANKS TO MEDITATION, YOU BECOME HAPPY AND FILLING WITH GOOD EMOTIONS.

The fact that meditation causes endorphin production is a scientifically proven fact. In the process of meditation, you kind of leave all the bad #emotions, and bright and kind ones take their place. That is why after meditation there is a strong rush of good mood. Try to start your day with meditation – then all day you will be in an elevated mood.

YOU IMPROVE ATTENTION AND MEMORY.

People who begin to meditate, after some time notice that it becomes much easier for them to concentrate on the tasks, and any work is done much faster.

THE STABILITY OF THE ORGANISM TO PAINS IS INCREASING.

Great scientists often recall that the pain we feel is a real pain, multiplied by the resistance of the body. Meditation helps us to dissolve pain, to accept it. Thus, many people who begin to practice meditation, from the time they notice that they do not feel pain as sharply as before, and people who suffer from chronic pain are cured.

I want to believe that after this article you will have a desire to start meditating, and you will fulfil it, not postponing it until tomorrow. And if you are already engaged in meditation, tell me how these activities have influenced your life?
