I need to say that the trip I took to Mac Mac Pools was my favourite experience so far. Even though I loved going to the safari and seeing all the animals in South Africa, Mac Mac Pools made me feel so much healthier, happier and finally relaxed after a stressful few months in London. Initially, my parents and I were going to see Mac Mac waterfall (*we did in the end), but we turned on a wrong road sign and came across this amazing place…
Mac Mac Pools
Mac Mac Pools is an amazing place situated 13km from Sabie in South Africa. It’s a beautiful picnic spot for tourists. This idyllic location is perfect for a quick refreshment and some rest. My parents and I were not planning to have a picnic here. We were going to see as much of the scenery as possible that day. So we went to see this little pool straight away!
I love water, I love everything to do with swimming. I was very surprised (*in a good way) that I was able to swim at Mac Mac Pools. Because I’m quite an organised person, I had a swimsuit with me in my backpack, even though we were not planning to swim at all during our day trip.
Luckily, when we arrived, there were no other tourists and we had a great opportunity to take some pictures and enjoy the nature as it is.
After all the blog and Instagram activities were done, I went swimming and hadn’t realised my mum kept taking some pictures of me.
As some of you probably know, I’m a huge fan of Lipsy and their wide collection of dresses. I was surprised to find this fabulous off shoulder day dress on their website, which was perfect for my trip. I thought, that Lipsy only did evening wear, but recently I bought some great dressed down looks.
I paired this floral dress with my very comfortable platform sandals and my new Metropolis cross-body handbag by Furla.
Today I’m Wearing
Floral dress by Lipsy | Furla Metropolis shoulder bag | Topshop shoes with a straw platform
