Today I’d like to give you my opinion on Christian Paul Airlie Grid Watch. I’m afraid that many readers think that a lot of bloggers, who are given a product to test, would always say what the company wants them to say or hear. As many of you know, I review all my products honestly and truthfully to how I feel about a product. This is simply my opinion. We all have them.
So, today I’m going to be reviewing a watch I have been gifted by Australian brand Christian Paul. The model I am going to talk to you about is called Airlie Grid. It has a silver face with a peach Italian leather band, silver hands/index and a black grid face. I am going to be sharing wmy likes and dislikes about this watch.
What do I Like about Christian Paul Airlie Grid Watch?
My favourite part of this watch is the colour tones that they have put together. I really love the colour combination of peach and silver. Silver face makes this watch look classy and sophisticated. Neutral colours of the watch make it extremely versatile. You could pair it with a total black outfit or pastel shades in spring and summer depending on your personal preferences. *Tip: pastel shades are going to be trendy in spring 2016.
If you have a more neutral wardrobe and are into minimalistic fashion, I do think that you would be able to style this watch perfectly. A grid display pattern makes this watch trendy and stylish. I do like this detail.
The quality of the watch overall is very high. Watch is heavy, made to a high standard and looks luxurious. The only downside of the watch for me is leather. Even though it’s a genuine leather, I can’t say it’s the softest leather and I didn’t feel very comfortable wearing them for the first time. But I think, leather just need some time to take a shape of your hand and become softer.
What do I dislike about this watch?
One of my main dislikes about this watch is the size. I have a slim wrist (*only 14,5cm). Therefore, I would usually wear something slightly smaller or won’t wear a watch at all. This watch has a large face and wide strap, which takes up the majority of my wrist. Someone, who has a larger wrist than me, may find that the size is good. Sadly, this is not the case for me.
Unfortunately, I’m not a big watch person and don’t think that I’d wear the watch very often. However, those of you who like larger watches and unusual designs may find that you really love this watch.
Where can I buy Christian Paul Airlie Grid Watch?
You can purchase Christian Paul watches online. This website is Australian, therefore, the watches are sold in Australian dollars. I have translated the price into pounds for you. *$199.00 equals approximately £97.50.
